One product. One team. One accountable line from architecture to production.
Cantilever-Engineering Platform AI is built and delivered by Cantilever-Engineering Corp. We write the platform, we run the implementations, and we own the outcome. There is no reseller in the middle and no delivery partner to hand you off to.
Nobody bought a bad toolchain. They bought eight good ones.
We spent years inside regulated enterprises watching the same pattern. Terraform in one team, Ansible in another, pipelines in two CI systems, change records filled in retroactively, and a Zero Trust programme that stopped at the CI runner because rotating the credential would break the deploy.
The tools were fine. What was missing was the layer that made them all answer to one policy — one place where a change is requested, one gate where identity and policy are evaluated, one record that proves what happened. Every organisation was building a worse version of that layer internally, badly, on the side of someone's day job.
So we built it properly, as a product, with the governance model designed in from the first commit rather than added when the first regulated customer asked for it.

A control plane, and the engineering behind it
Two halves of the same business. The platform is the product. The engineering services exist because every enterprise estate has systems and workflows the product does not cover out of the box — and we would rather build those than tell you they are out of scope.
Cantilever-Engineering Platform AI
An intelligent service catalog spanning orchestration, service management, observability and FinOps tooling, bound to a Zero Trust policy-enforced framework with an agentic AI layer inside the same boundary.
- Nine capability domains, 69 documented features
- 21 named agents on LangGraph orchestration and 30 MCP servers
- Customer-managed, SaaS or hybrid — air-gapped capable
- Private model deployment for sovereign environments
Services we deliver ourselves
Onboarding, migration and custom build work — run by the same engineers who maintain the platform, not a services arm that learned it from documentation.
- Foundation onboarding and automation library migration
- Custom integration engineering for systems nobody else connects to
- Complex automation development — stateful, multi-engine workflows
- Custom agent development, MCP servers and RAG corpus construction
- Compliance sprints and managed platform operations
“Security is embedded. Intelligence is operationalised. Automation becomes an enterprise capability.”

Six things we will not trade away
Security as architecture
Zero Trust controls, policy-as-code and identity-scoped execution are foundational decisions, not features bolted on afterwards. You cannot retrofit a control model.
Intelligence, not theatre
Agents operate inside governed execution boundaries and understand inventory context. They surface actionable insight rather than chatbot responses divorced from operational reality.
Automation as a product experience
Every team, not only specialist operators, should be able to consume governed automation safely. That is what the Service Catalog and Stack Framework exist for.
We build it and we deliver it
The engineers who wrote the connector framework write your connector. No partner hand-off, no gap between the scope and the build, no one to point at when something is harder than the deck suggested.
Preserve existing investment
An overlay model. Terraform, Ansible, ServiceNow and Datadog keep operating as they do today — connected and governed rather than replaced. Consolidation should not require a migration programme.
Enterprise by design
Multi-tenant isolation, compliance pack support, ITSM traceability and FedRAMP/HIPAA posture are architectural, not configured later for regulated customers.
Start with the right conversation
Whether you are evaluating the platform, exploring a specific use case, or ready to scope a deployment — pick the conversation that matches where you actually are.
Platform evaluation briefing
A 60-minute structured briefing covering architecture, feature domains, deployment models and honest fit assessment against your current environment.
Start here → AssessmentAutomation maturity scorecard
A structured read of your automation estate — toolchain breadth, governance posture, ITSM depth, cost allocation maturity and AI readiness — producing a tier recommendation and services roadmap.
Start here → SecurityZero Trust architecture review
A CISO-focused session on the Zero Trust execution model, CIPF policy framework, JIT access architecture and compliance posture, mapped to your regulatory obligations.
Start here → InnovationAI & agentic operations deep dive
A practitioner session on the 21-agent capability map, LangGraph orchestration, MCP server architecture and how the agent layer stays inside the policy boundary.
Start here → DeploymentFoundation onboarding scoping
Structured scoping for new deployments — IdP integration, RBAC design, initial catalog build, connector configuration and go-live criteria.
Start here → Custom workIntegration & agent scoping
Have a system nobody integrates with, or a workflow no engine handles cleanly? Bring it. We scope custom connectors, complex automation and purpose-built agents.

A lighthouse programme for a small number of enterprises willing to deploy early and shape what gets built next. It is the best commercial terms we offer, and it closes once the cohort is full.
We are looking for organisations with real complexity — multi-cloud, regulated, a genuine automation estate to migrate — because that is where the product gets better fastest. In return you get direct influence over the roadmap and a materially better first year.
- Discounted Year 1 subscription, locked for the initial term
- Direct roadmap influence — quarterly sessions with the product team
- Priority engineering access for custom integrations and agents
- Co-branded case study development, on your terms and your timeline
- Named technical contact from day one, not after escalation
- Early access to capability domains before general availability
Selection is based on environment fit and willingness to deploy, not deal size.
